NAGC State Gifted Education Information
» State Affiliate Associations
NAGC state affiliate associations are recommended as contact
points for parents and teachers for specific state program, service, and legislative
questions. Most of the state associations offer an annual conference;
many have regional conferences and workshops for parents of gifted students.
Many state associations also maintain websites that provide additional information for parents and teachers. Click

There
are numerous opportunities each year to attend conferences to increase your
understanding of gifted and talented students and their educational needs.
NAGC maintains a listing of state
affiliate conferences as well as other
conferences located throughout the U.S.
State associations wishing to add their websites or their state conference
to the NAGC listings should contact the National Office at (202) 785-4268
or email Jane Clarenbach, NAGC's Director of Public Education and State Affiliates,
at janec@nagc.org.
